Anybody hear of TP getting an I-L-L shout out from anyone in the crowd this week?

Thomas Pieters was looking good this morning and had an awesome putt to basically secure the match

Most of the players have been amazing. Thomas certainly getting lots of well deserved credit and recognition. Great theatre so far. Sunday will be fun

Reed v Rory to lead off the singles? Fun.

Should be an exciting finish. The Euros seem to be favored in most of the early singles matches, so it's probably going to be close all day long.

Question on pairings. Do the captains simply decide their order 1-12', and then the pairings are set? IOW there is no home course advantage where the visitors set their line up and the home team can respond? Example like in hockey where visitors must send out line first, home team gets final line change

Pieters with the best rookie performance for a European ever...pretty awesome

The level of play in this thing was nearly unbelievable.
Long putt after long putt, birdies made to HALVE holes, just amazing theatre.
With a happy ending.
Can't do much better than that.

In his post match interview, he said he received Go Illini shouts from the crowd and broad casting crew mentioned he was a former Illini Golfer and NCAA Champion. He was very good today, at least what I saw of his match. Go Illini!

I was there. Have TP a loud I-L-L after he birdied #13. Didn't look over. Think he was in the zone. Did get a nod and smile from Strick though.

I liked LynLake when I was there for Cubs series last year. Don't remember if they have food though.

We hit Surly Brewing on Saturday night. An amazing place. Great food, atmosphere, and BEER.
