Piper reporting that we're going after Bragg. I don't have a problem with it. Unless I'm mistaken, his off the court issues were a domestic issue that he was cleared of and a marijuana thing. Leron's off the court issue seems worse than Bragg's to be honest.

Michael Finke? I'll need to dig up a shot chart, but I'd wager he took more shots >12 feet than inside, and his post moves....let's just say he needs a lot of work.

And your point is? Just because he is a perimeter shooter doesn't mean he isn't a post player. Because of the situation, he is a post with us shot charge notwithstanding.

If a guy isn't playing in the post, he's not a post player. If he can't defend the post, he isn't a post player.

well then what is he, cause he cant guard a wing or a guard. He plays on the post he just end up on the outside in the pick and roll, instead of diving back to the basket, he stay outside to shoot, that still makes him a post player who shoots more from the outside.

With Bragg's having to sit a year, I still wouldn't mind adding him . we have 4 open rides so still leaves plenty of room. The X factor DJ and AJ how do they fit in , do they stay, do they leave. They could fill a lot of the void or make more room. Just have to wait and see

On offense the 5 in this system plays at the high post mainly and is usually away from the basket to pass to initiate offense or shoot mid range which is a great Finke fit.

On defense must be able to defend the 5 which I actually think he did at least a solid job of during BIG play as it was only him and Morgan playing. Not great but adequate.

I once felt this same way and then I watched an extensive video on BU's system and the way he uses his center and Finke is actually a really good fit there.

Plus, the guy even looks like Finke (man bun and all) so it's even easier to imagine him in that role.

We now have a coach who can coach big men. If Finke can develop an inside game as well as shoot the three we have a weapon. Assume defense can also be coached.

Massive assumption. Finke's also going to be giving up 20-30 lbs or more against some of the "traditional" bigs in the league.

Don't get me wrong, I love Finke's game, but he's got a long way to go before I consider him a "big." He's a Toni Kukoc type of player with the potential to get abused inside.

Happ is listed at 6' 9" 235#. Size may be less of problem than strength. Seemed to me both he and Morgan benefitted greatly from the weight room. Another similar improvement next year?

You can expect Finke to put on some size this off season.
