Looking forward to some great games today. But no matter what happens the best part to me is that it's Thursday on championship week and the Illini still haven't played. Hope we can keep that going every year!

Wow, for having a couple of weeks to reflect on it, the tone of his apology started off very defiant - saying he can make "a thousand excuses, but I won't" then listing off all the excuses he has!. It took a while for Howard to get around to an apologetic tone in this "apology", but maybe at the end he was starting to get there? It certainly doesn't give me confidence this guy is not going to go off again

I always forget that TJD is 6'9". He plays more like 6'6" - 6'7".

Bardo can praise TJD all he wants too , I see an overrated , can't make a 3 foot bunny and has made at least 3 mental errors on D

Country in my opinion. Nice player, but way overrated.
You think Indiana regrets taking a transfer from Northwestern? I've seen 5-6 IU games this year and have yet to see Miller Kopp do anything that helps win games.
He's a good shooter in rhythm and a good FT shooter. The problem is that he cannot get his own shot. And Woodson's offense stagnantly has both wings stationary most of the time.

I think a lot of the illini fan base feels that way because he is a shell of himself against Kofi especially. But even in this game you can see hunter doing similar things to him. He's a great player but his speed does trump size and strength.
