Anyone have any strong rooting interests today? I guess I will be rooting for northwestern. But I don’t know if the Indiana/Michigan game matters. We should beat either team but both have about a 30% chance of beating us.

I am only rooting for IU because I think UM has the ability to upset ILL. I don't think IU can.

I will obviously be rooting for Syracuse against Duke.

Syracuse up by 4 over Duke. I have a friend who is a Syracuse fan and several who are Boston College fans (upset Wake yesterday and have Miami next), so been fun watching these games.

Does anyone think Dickinson has improved from last year? He makes an occasional three but he certainly doesn’t look quicker and certainly not high energy.

I really haven’t watched him enough this year or last to have a strong opinion, but all his numbers are up from last year. Besides the 3s, he certainly seems like a more willing passer this year.

The biggest problem with Michigan is that they don't have a true recognized emotional leader on the floor. So when things go bad, they just pout, roll their eyes, or complain ... with no one to focus them. That bodes well for us.

My concern about playing IU or Purdue in Indy is that it can turn into, what amounts to, a home game.
