Yeah, wow, not the ending I was expecting. I thought FAU was going to foul with only 6.9 seconds left... when they didn't, I thought Nowell would surely find a way to attempt a three for the tie. Big letdown if you are a KSU fan.
I have no idea what KSU was doing on that last play.
Of all the times for Nowell to stop playing hero ball.
Why did Nowell give it up at the end? Seems like he didn’t run offense the last 8 minutes

Ok, I’ll clean it up. I guess. Kudos to FAU coach for trusting his players and going to the locker room with 3 TO’s and the VICTORY! KSU coach goes to locker room with zero TO’s and the LOSS! He over coached and got burned. Would have been nice to have TO on last possession when they didn’t get shot off. Congratulations to FAU coach and his team!

I don't know about that. KSU played very sloppy in the first half, a lot of blown possessions and missed easy shots. Some in the 2nd half, but they cleaned it up mostly. However, as we have seen repeatedly this season, you can't give away plays and win.

What an incredibly fun tournament this year. Maybe it is recency bias, but this year seems like games have been especially fun!
