Good job by the Beloved not looking past the Bills. Let's get out of Dodge with no injuries the rest of the way. Three in a row and five out of eight division games to follow.

That would have been an easy TD if Trubisky got it in the receiver's vicinity. Trubisky throws well on the run. Oh, well.

This Lynch guy is a hot dog.

Not the best second half for Bears, but they're gonna win it. Bend but don't break defense, I guess.

Enough of the face-mask penalities already, Bears.

And what happens: Gabriel leaves with what appears to be an ankle injury. Hope it isn't serious. He was walking on his own, so maybe he'll be OK.

During the duller moments of second half, I watched SNL Bill Swerski's Super Fans on Youtube; still funny, always will be.

Good to get a nice comfortable win like that, even if it's against a lowly team like the Bills. On to 3 divisional games in a week and a half stretch starting next week at home vs. Detroit.

When is the last time a beat down by the Bears was so boring? It’s crazy how quickly you can get spoiled.

At home versus the Lions next. Looks good. Vikings-Bears after that, tough. Tradition on Thanksgiving in Detroit in their Roller-Dome! (football should be played outdoors!) Could be tough. We shall see. But the Bears are definitely improved thanks to a new GM and new head coach and his staff.

I hope we get to the point with this franchise where we can refer to the team as "Monsters of the Midway" again. Defense!

Yes, boring second half. But I think the Bears' philosophy in this game was "score and hold 'em". Like 1985-86. McMahon's my QB!

I can't complain: allowed the Bills only 9 points!

Maybe it's just me, but I have a complaint with CSN Chicago. Great show, "Football Aftershow" with Bears' greats. But it's got a feature called something like "Whereya At" where the experts talk about players who were "missing" during the game. CSN shows a now-familiar milk carton which usually is reserved for publicizing a missing child.

CSN: the milk-bottle thing should be reserved for anyone - especially children and young adults - who has been kidnapped or abducted or worse. Not for football players.

How insensitive of Comcast. And I will be responding to Comcast. A lot of good that will do.

Thanks for your time.

I suppose you can commit all those cheap penalties when you're up by 30 points! But it's gotta change when you face a good team.

Go Bears! If not this year, next, or soon, for a Super Bowl! I mean it!

Like everything else at CSN, they've downsized the Bears post game coverage to a one hour show. I like
Laurence Holmes and Lance Briggs is OK but I can't stand Alex Brown. His analysis usually sucks and he has an over-inflated opinion of his playing career. Talks like he was an All-pro instead of an underachieving defensive end. CSN in general is disappointing. They can't even put on a morning or nighttime half-hour highlight show anymore.

Underachieving? Alex Brown was great!

Briggs was better of course, but Brown was a key part of Lovie's great defense of the aughts.

(I haven't watched the show in question, fwiw)

Laurence Holmes is one of my favorite listens on the Score (when he's not pre-empted by Cubs baseball or Bulls basketball). Really knowledgeable about a lot of different subjects. Really good follow on twitter too.

Lance Briggs is okay for what he is at this point and I've never really had any problems with Alex Brown. I noticed you didn't mention Matt Forte whose on the postgame show too.

If you do get a chance, they have a live stream on NBC Sports Chicago's facebook page during roughly the first half of the 3rd quarter. Kinda interesting to see their reactions to different Bears plays happening at that point.

The nightly highlight show isn't really a surprise as all the regional sports networks have put those by the wayside within the last decade. With technology nowadays, those who want to find the score of their favorite local teams game can do so.

This dead horse has been beaten, but what an unfortunate dud of a 2015 pick in Kevin White. Hindsight is always 20/20, but with Todd Gurley taken 10th and Melvin Gordon at 15th, I can't help but think, "What if..."

Maybe so. But Pace has at least more than made up for it with his drafts this year and last year.

Anyone else think the Bears got totally screwed getting flexed into Sunday night and then playing thanksgiving afternoon?

Literally 2 recovery days before they travel

This is what it felt like to be a huskers fan yesterday. With the benefit of having all my teeth and no mullet.
