A team that just never quits fighting. Never thought I would see this. Been a fan since 1977. Makes me think of all the guys that played that never got there.

I've always said that if I lived to see the Cubs win the World Series, I would be set for life as a sports fan.

It's happened, I feel euphoric, and I believe this will hold true.

A night I'll never forget.

My 78 year old dad just called me and through it all, my whole life, I have never heard that man's voice have such a sound of contentment. He was pure joy.

All of us deserved this.

Unbelievable finish. Not just that game, but the series, but the whole postseason, really. Wow.

A long time in the making, extended even a little longer by extra innings and a rain delay.

To all of those Cubs fans who never lived to see this day, here's hoping that somewhere you're all smiling...

Love how history overcame the businesses (some of them yuck) in Wrigley tonight. Incredible the outpouring of emotion. Let's go!!!!! Game 7 world series I can finally type that with absolute confidence!!

I've seen an alternate version of this picture too many times. This version is so much better.

When the game ended, I surprisingly started crying and didn't stop for a good 10 minutes.

Most epic, draining, exhausting, frustrating, exhilarating, wonderful sports moment of my lifetime.
