I hope that happens. The possibility reminds me of my favorite book title of all time:
Hard to trust a Bama account when it comes to anything Auburn.
Game already is spiced up.Yeah, bring it. Will spice up the games.
IDKWTI coming to town is still one of the coolest sporting events, shoot, anything events I have ever been to (bad result notwithstanding). So I disagree.Last thing I want to see is Bruce Pearl ever step foot in the real Assembly Hall.
I think Indiana will stay away from Pearl necklace. They had a couple of coaches that weren't good fits, he wouldn't be long for the job.Welcome home Satan!

Iowa didn't even have make the trip to Champaign in the middle of the Deon Thomas saga if memory serves. They knew better.
If there is a positive to Beelzebub possibly migrating to Indiana…it would be the very real possibility that Bloomington ends up doing what it does to the profession. I hope it eats him him up and spits him out…
A good 64 year old coach (no comment on those being mentioned), can right a program in 3-4 years and have it ready for the long term hire.why in the world would Indiana hire a 64 year old coach? Not gonna happen. I'd take Dane Fife over a 64 yo. I'd take Chris Beard over anyone. I'd try Scott Drew, and would probably take Lamont Paris over Pearl. Just not that interested in a guy that I may be looking at 5 years or so only.
IDK if it happened, it could be rather entertaining. The heck with chicken wings, Illinois fans would be lobbing turkey legs.Game already is spiced up.

There’s a part of me, that agrees with you.IDK if it happened, it could be rather entertaining. The heck with chicken wings, Illinois fans would be lobbing turkey legs.
Seriously, not sure even Indiana would want to troll Illinois that much to hire Pearl.
Objectively speaking, which obviously is hard here, Bruce Pearl would be the best coach Indiana has had since Bobby Knight.why in the world would Indiana hire a 64 year old coach? Not gonna happen. Jim Larranaga was 61 when Miami hired him and he's now in his 13th year there with two conference titles, four trips to the second weekend and a Final Four.A good 64 year old coach (no comment on those being mentioned), can right a program in 3-4 years and have it ready for the long term hire.

The hatred is real from us, but the results are real from him too, no matter how he achieved them.
Yeah, for me, the result outweighs everything else.IDKWTI coming to town is still one of the coolest sporting events, shoot, anything events I have ever been to (bad result notwithstanding). So I disagree.
