Josh has a list all the time ... Every good AD does ... He asks for intel regarding those names on that list quite often ...

He is ALWAYS prepared ... One of the only ADs that I can confirm is prepared for just about any scenario ...

And it really bleeds down to the people that work for him ... Very detail oriented ...

Self looks like he's had it. I think the portal has him disgusted, as with many of the top tier guys. Wouldn't surprise me to see him as an analyst at some point ala Jay Wright. He'd be perfect.
