Our $300mil is the DIA's debt on its own. Bama's $1.1bil appears to be the debt for the university as a whole based on the screenshot you showed, not just athletics. The University of Illinois System has $1.38bil for comparison. According to a Sportico article before last year's Final 4, Bama's athletic debt at the time was $226mil.
