He seems to be a great coach, but I think the concern here is recruiting. And player retention in this crazy off-season. I know Gentry was the lead guy in Goode's recruitment, but im not aware of him having a big role in recruiting any of the other players coming in or already on the roster.

I believe if you sign a NLI, you are legally committed unless the head coach leaves or you petition the school and are granted a release. Just cuz the assistant who recruits you leaves doesn't mean you can too. Boo hoo. Tough noogies.

Not worried. Curbelo is not leaving. He has the keys to the car, plus 3 Puerto Rican buddies to join him. Do you think they care that their Dad is now not around? If Cubelo went to Kentucky there is no guarantee he has the keys to the car, and his friends won't be there.
