This is where I am. You can lose one or the other right now, but you can't afford to lose both at the same time. If there's no chance at getting OA back, then you work out a sizable pay bump for Chin for the next 1-2 years just to give yourself time to stabilize.

So, Chin is a very good recruiter. How does he rate as a coach? Player development, strategy, etc.

If I'm not mistaken, he had the scout for some of our bigger wins later in the season.
Not that it would ever actually happen, I just meant as a lure.

I have read on here and other places that if OA leaves he may take Belo, Melendez, and Padilla with him. That just doesn't make sense. But in the world of college sports anything can happen.
people act like Kentucky isn't almost full and they are recruiting two five star recruits right now....
Am I being a homer if I say that should be against the rules? Poaching coaches to bring players as well. Seems absurd to allow that especially with no sit out rule now.
OA is also taking Hamlin with him.
