Agree here. He's one of the big scum bags in sports. I'm an Illinois alumni that held season tickets in basketball and football all four years. Ate dinner with the flying Illini and my Grandpa was buddies with Lou. It pains me to see the way sports has changed. I'll always love the Illini, but I don't want scum bags no matter how well they recruit. I believe that Coach Underwood does it the right way. People may not like the way he does some things but I don't think he's a scum bag. Head coaching comes with the territory. People on the outside will always complain about things. That's OK. I hope Coach U. is at Illinois until he's ready to retire. If that happens, Illinois will be very good for a long time.Hard pass. Few people did less with so much talent than he did at Arizona.
What I learned today from Illinois Loyalty. Brad is a bad coach and he’ll finish the season on an 0-4 run, losing in the 1st round of the NIT. Then Texas will come in and out bid us for his talent, despite this impressive accomplishment, since their AD loves him.
Where there is unlimited resources, there are also alot of puppet strings to deal with...Austin Tx, TX can pay whatever they want. Also there are things behind the scenes in athletic departments that people don’t see.(not saying that anything is going on here) just a potential reason to want a fresh start somewhere

Tomorrow will probably bring talk of the CBI.....I learned….we’re going to the NIT?
Lol you’re probably right. We’ve lost back to back games a total of one time in 13ish months and we’ve gone full Francon 1.Tomorrow will probably bring talk of the CBI.....
I think you are being naive. Not playing the game is what got us the mixed to poor recruiting results of Weber and Groce. I'd be surprised if any major basketball program wasn't playing those games to some extent. Miller is just the one who got caught. He otherwise seemed to be a decent guy.Agree here.
