No. The combined cream of the crop of the B12/P12/ACC wouldn't make anything close to a competitor to the B1G/SEC in media rights terms.
This is all just deck chair shuffling on the Titanic.

FWIW I think it continues to be true that the ACC/B12/P12 would operate from a stronger position across a number of fronts if they joined forces.

the B1G, Pac & ACC had 2+ years to come to an agreement on scheduling a football game between its members & came up empty .
why would you think they could agree on something really important ?
it’s every conference for itself & with the ACC & Pac , it’s every school for itself
Those three conferences should really become two. Oregon, Washington, Stanford and Cal fit culturally with the ACC, and Oregon State, Washington State the Arizonas and Utah fit the Big 12.

If you could operate truly collectively on a national scale like that, why be beholden to traditional notions of a conference at all?
Football: a nationalized four-division promotion and relegation system that is thereby adaptably always putting the strongest football teams together for TV marketability and strength of scheduling purposes
Basketball: One elite national top division combining the blue bloods (and inviting Gonzaga) working with Nike and a broad spectrum of NIL partners to evolve toward multi-year commitments for top talent. Then the remainder of the schools split into two geographically based "conferences".
Non-Revenue Sports: Four compact regional leagues of no more than 10 teams, getting rid of all the travel and scheduling problems that these programs have had to put up with and significantly saving costs for everybody, while concentrating the regional rivalries.
Something at that scale could regulate transfers and scheduling, using both markets to its advantage. The B1G/SEC duopoly wants a lot of access to the ACC/B12/P12 as revenue sport non-conference opponents. What if they were forced to bargain for that access collectively rather than picking off each helpless little school?
None of the old rules apply anymore. College sports as we knew it is over. The leftovers are just roadkill unless they can find a way to dictate some terms in the process, and their only path to doing that is together.

I'm moderately surprised the Pac12 is imploding this fast. I thought they would at least get through the season, though. The media non-deal is just forcing reality now. I thought they would do better.
I'm very surprised the ACC appears to be on the verge as quick as it is. I thought they may be on the 5-year plan but I suppose they shoot for it all soon vs. dying a slow death.

These guys are very stupid and shortsighted, I'm not going to hold my breath.
A semi-related observation though, I feel like the one time a large-ish group of entities operated in concert to make a new paradigm that fit themselves rather just dancing to the tune of the next TV contract was when the so-called "Catholic 7" bailed on the old Big East. It's not a coincidence that that has been a big, and durable, success.
Thinking forward about what your real interests are, rather than just desperately fleeing disaster as the marketplace collapses around you. That's leadership.

It's far from the only factor (again, anything that makes any Big Ten member sub-equal will eventually turn against Illinois and all the other non-powerhouses and they know it and will vote like it), but it's worth noting that the whole grant of rights thing works both ways.
Rutgers has already sold their future television rights for a pre-set value just as surely as Clemson has.
That sounds more like George Kliavkoff to me.
