If Klopp can win Europa, qualifying for the UCL next year, then I think he'll be able to buy some reinforcements to make Liverpool a title contender next season. As long as Liverpool is willing to spend the money.

He's definitely reinvigorated the team and the fans. I agree with your contender assessment, assuming Liverpool is willing to spend and Klopp chooses wisely.

Wow how big of a difference could that 1 point be? Not sure what Andy Carroll was thinking. With Vardy suspended, I'm guessing Leicester will draw next weekend against Swansea. It's on Spurs now to turn up the pressure.

He was probably thinking that since the ref hadn't called a foul on the corner 5 minutes before, surely he wouldn't call one on the outside corner of the box. Or he wasn't thinking at all. Major, major point for LC.

How dumb was Vardy's dive?

Complete domination today by Spurs. 4-0 could have easily been 5-0 or 6-0. They are now 5 points out with 4 to play.

Leicester City and Vardy accepted the FA's charge of improper conduct for berating the ref after receiving his second yellow card against West Ham. So - he will miss this week because of the red card and likely at least one more (possibly even two) of the last four matches. Ouch...

Ouch, indeed. Can LC hang on? Considering how they're playing, the Spurs will probably win out.

Leicester City's remaining schedule:

Swansea
@Man United
Everton
@Chelsea

Tottenham's remaining schedule:

West Brom
@Chelsea
Southampton
@Newcastle

On paper Spurs have the easier schedule. But it's so hard to predict how these mid-table teams play because they have nothing to play for. Some teams will still fight for every point and other teams look like they are already on vacation. Also with Newcastle in a relegation battle, that match will be much more difficult than it would be in January.

If Vardy misses the United match then I see no way Leicester win that one. United is really good defensively.

I've been telling people for about 2 months that Spurs will catch LC over the final 4 games. I stick to that prediction!
