Curbelo with 24 points and 10 rebounds in a loss tonight.
But who is going to pay their way?![]()
Last thing I had heard about Curbelo was from about a month ago where (and I'm going off memory here so forgive any inaccuracies) his HC suspended him suddenly and indefinitely and said that he would provide more information. I kept looking for a week after that for any further comment or info and found nothing. Did anyone see/hear anything that I might have missed about why he got suspended? I mean I could make a guess but wondering what the official story is.Curbelo with 24 points and 10 rebounds in a loss tonight.
I've heard from reliable sources that it involved popcornLast thing I had heard about Curbelo was from about a month ago where (and I'm going off memory here so forgive any inaccuracies) his HC suspended him suddenly and indefinitely and said that he would provide more information. He's been out since December 22nd with an injury or illness of some kind, so they were likely easing him back/seeing how he felt.Jayden Epps on the bench late in the 2nd half for G'Town with 1rebound, 1 assist. . . ?
He might have an injury. Don’t think he played the previous gameJayden Epps on the bench late in the 2nd half for G'Town with 1rebound, 1 assist. . . ?
He went from 34 minutes in the SH game to nothing. If it's not due to an injury, it has to be CurbeloesqueHe might have an injury. Don’t think he played the previous game
MillerIf you could erase three transfers away from IL in the BU era, who would they be?
1: Podz
2: CoHawk
3: is there even a 3rd? Ty maybe? Amani? Dainja?
I know he’s not a transfer, but seeing Fears light it up for Oklahoma and single handedly beating Michigan this year does give me some regret of not seeing him in the O&BIf you could erase three transfers away from IL in the BU era, who would they be?

Watching Kofi break the Illini career rebound and points records would have been so much fun.Kofi transferring to low level pro ball in the far east
One of the dumbest pro declarations I’ve ever seen. Especially in NIL era.Kofi transferring to low level pro ball in the far east
With our NBA style of play, for me it’s Podz, Miller, and Orlando (glad he transferred back). If you could erase three transfers away from IL in the BU era, who would they be?

Sky Clark experienced two of the hardest pick I’ve seen tonight in Lincoln.
I had to read this slowly the second time...Sky Clark experienced two of the hardest pick I’ve seen tonight in Lincoln.
1- Its unlikely Podz gets the ball and minutes he got elsewhere. Particularly since he was scared away by some freshmen guards. If you could erase three transfers away from IL in the BU era, who would they be?

This might be unpopular, but when it's all said and done, I think it'll be Skyy. His freshman year, he was obviously misguided and I would say groomed, by those close to him, to be a quitter. I think that Louisville changed his world. His positive comments about our coach and program(got Tre White here), took the bitter taste out of my mouth. I think he'll be an All Conference player before he's done.If you could erase three transfers away from IL in the BU era, who would they be?
