Do you happen to see who we are playing? We have one guy of our preseason top 5 in the game. Just what do you expect? It is amazing what people expect.

I am a little late to this thread, but this quote sums up my opinion. It is refreshing to see a young man who is taking responsibility. Kendrick, I am exceeding proud of you!

I think some people expect hustle and effort. The same thing you should see if we had no injuries.

Tate has always been a great fit as a back up point guard. To expect anything more from him is unfair and foolish to me. It's not his fault that Groce can't recruit a true starting Big Ten point guard

You don't think they're hustling and giving effort? That's a crock. They're running all over the court. They have to double every player because they're getting beaten off the dribble; they're boxing out like crazy because of the size disadvantage. They're bench is depleted. two guys not running back on a couple of plays doesn't equal zero effort. Just stop it.

+1. JT wasn't recruited to be a starting 1. Injuries to TA and misses on other recruiting targets changed that.
