Groce needs to be gone immediately. Give Walker the reigns for the rest of the season. Let Whitman try and salvage the recruiting class. It can't be worse than this.

I am a huge Malcolm Hill fan, but his defense has been HORRIBLE today. The first possession of the game he completely left Irvin and gave a wide open lay up to start the game off. Groce should be canned after this season. No excuses, full healthy team of "mature" players and you lose your first four big ten games by over 15 points a piece. Yikes!

Hill has to get his for B10 2nd-3rd team honors.
I don't know what to make of him. I agree with your assessment of his defense. But the next time he moves without the ball on offense will be the first. None of our guys move much, but he moves the least I think.

We're having a rough season, but we're not THAT bad.
They haven't quit since the @Maryland game. We're playing hard, we just don't have any confidence in anything that we're doing.
Unless the second coming joins the team to play for the BATT and we take it all, we, and some other individuals will likely be toast.
You guys are right in that a good coach would almost surely have gotten us to a tourney by this year. I guess I'm just saying I won't really miss any of these players. Not that I have any ill will. Just that I miss guys like Egwu, BP3, and many others. We might "miss" Hill next year when our offense is even worse... But really, I won't look back fondly on any of them. Sorry, just frustrated.

If not for that one year where they made the tourney though, how would remember Egwu, BP3, and the others? We remember the guys who won. These guys have never had that opportunity. All of their weaknesses become more pronounced when we have lesser results than we typically get.

How? We lose every game and don't make any postseason tournament? Hate to break it to you too, but there's a decent chance that happens regardless.
