Seems like the kind of loss that should provide some motivation going forward. Builds the confidence to know we can compete, and might have won save for the refs in a key drive.
You never know. I wrote something to auto-owners (obviously a much smaller company) once and one of their big-wigs wrote me back. That was about a service that cut-out mid-game, so it was a little more reasonable to complain to them about.
They wont care because theyll view it as a subjective referee call. But they will care that someone is not buying their products anymore - theyll just write it off as something they cant fix.
