Okay, yes, but they've only shot 5 threes this half (and made a couple) and look at the score.
You're touching on my point a bit. When we don't hit the three, where do the points come from? The answer is Kofi....and only Kofi. These head coaches see this. Run our guards off the three point line and make them make plays. The backcourt is so small(comparatively), that it's a challenge. The offense has been based around surrounding Kofi with four shooters....a pick your poison type of thing. When the three is taken away.....who are the threats?

I mean 5-4 over the past month isn't whipped but it's pretty mediocre. Especially when you consider the MSU game we nearly lost, as well as the two NW games.
Am I missing something? We've had one loss in Feb? We've been "whipped" three times all year.

RJ may have defensive lapses at times, but he hustles, passes well, moves with purpose, draws fouls, shoots free throws, and drains shots. Sounds like someone we maybe could have used tonight.

I forgot about the Maryland debacle. I know we were Kofi-less, but we almost lost by 20.

1. We're in a shooting slump.
2. Effort is not always consistent, unfortunately, from any team. These are young people.
3. Should we play full court defense every once in a while just to change things up? We seemed to have more energy during/after that..

On a positive note, I do like Brad's Belichick look tonight..

When will our guards learn you can’t throw lasers at Kofi from 2 feet away
