CMU went to the zone and we stopped scoring for several minutes. I've gotta assume Groce can make the adjustment for that!

Only thing I'm worried about is a slow start to the second half. Can't let them think they have a chance. I we can start the second half with energy and toughness we can pull away.

We had some decent looks against it. Finke and Hill both missed wide open threes. There will be open shots, they don't play good defense. If the Illini share the ball they will get wide open looks.

This isnt a HUGE positive, but Mav with 4 rebounds in the half...he needs to do that EVERY game (or at least 2-3 per half).

Nice watching on BTN without having to see that stupid blue screen with the insurance company sponsor at every commercial. Just a steady shot of the floor. I like it...

As far as CMU's 3s, IMO they've been good looks without much hand in the face defense. Especially the Polish kid from just to the right of the elbow...wide open...

Has our fan base soured on Finke? I remember a time on here when we couldn't wait for him to get on the floor as a red shirt. Even at the start of the season it seemed like a net positive...now it seems like people don't even want him on the floor :(

I hope he's just in a slump

TA hit 30 3s all season the last full season he played......he has 24 11 games in.
Oh and it took him 111 attempts last season he played......he's taken 37 this year.

The nice thing about listening to the radio, is the teams don't switch sides at half time. Way less confusing, lol :D
