What's the excuse on the previous possession? We had a chance to do something then as well, and chose not too. They proved they can move the ball in that direction against the wind, because they did score a TD. Have to attack more and we are not doing it. gave them a chance, got screwed by the officials and then gave up a TD on the next play. That's not winning football. Keep attacking and not give them the opportunity to come back. now all the momentum is on their side.Disagree, especially after the penalty on first down.
That's exactly my point above. You play scared, you're going to lose.It was a terrible call but terrible calls happen in all sports at all levels. It's unfortunate. It is not a conspiracy. And most importantly it is beyond Bielema's control.
What he does control is our strategy. And he has often employed a cautious strategy with a small lead (imo sometimes far too cautious). It didn't work out this time, and I think with that much time on the clock and Purdue having all their timeouts we should have been more aggressive in moving the ball on the preceding possession.
Are they indiana born too?Did research, Same Head Official from Indiana game? I would assume same crew, WOW!
I get that but I think we should at least looked once at throwing downfield.Get the ball to start the half? Incomplete passes stop the clock….they have a timeout left….go three and out and we’re punting into the wind already backed up? No thanks get to halftime

They have called 12 penalties for 121 yards against us, 3 for 35 against our opponents in 6 quarters of football, including nothing on PU so far. A couple of all-time garbage calls too.Did research, Same Head Official from Indiana game? I would assume same crew, WOW!
