Injuries happen to every team, every season. It's a lame excuse against legitimate competition. It's no excuse against cupcakes whose highest rated recuit of all time is a 2-star per 247.

They happen to varying degrees and what we're dealing with now is towards one extreme. Missing your starting backcourt is not commonplace by any means. Neither is missing three starters.

Even if we are to pull this one out, there are some fundamental issues that exist with this team. RGV has several players that can all penetrate and kick. We do not at this point. Our wings seem to be scared to dribble once passed too. It allows the other team to pressure them into a pass. Need wings that are more versatile than what we are seeing.

Many many years ago. They haven't had anyone drafted since 1986 (7th rounder). No first round picks since 1968.
