With MT I think they had a shot of being decent to good. With LB alone, I very much doubt it. Groce NEEDS a very good PG and a center that plays around the basket + a PF that has no fear. Relying on Nunn and Hill will not cut it - nothing against any of the players, but there just is not enough fire power on Groce's team.

There is fire power I think...but little confidence

Just play the 5 best players on the team regardless of position. It can't be anything worse than what we have now......right?

I agree. At this point, with the season gone, and completely ineffective point guard play, not much to lose. It really can't be worse at this point, that line has been crossed a few games ago.

+1. JT and KL offer nothing on the offensive end and neither is strong defensively. We're playing 4 on 5 on offense. KN and MH could share PG duties, and both are better penetrators than KL or JT. Playing 5 on 5 could open up more offensive opportunities.

We can't shoot too good, can't rebound at all, might as well make it a triple and turn the ball over like crazy too.

We haven't seen a semblance of well coached offense in 4 years. What on earth makes anyone think that will change next year?

The problem is that I don't think next year will be any better. Yes we will have some players back but I mean....the game plan from the coaches will be the same.

You're crazy. We get people healthy, the freshman will all get better. They just need to make shots which they can't do right now

To paraphrase ALionEye, we just don't have the horses to compete right now, and until something changes with our staff, that's out status quo for next year and beyond.

Way, way, way worse. Our PGs stinks.

When the options are Tate, Lewis or playing Hill as a point forward I have no idea why they don't at least try Hill at the point forward. Tate and Lewis should each play mop up minutes or give a guy a rest for 2 minutes here and there.
