Thanks for the visit. We really are all huge AJ fans here and want to see him take off like we know he can.
Not all of you....but there are enough of you! Thanks

There is nobody I like more than Aaron. His attitude (from my perspective as a fan) has been beyond reproach. I wish him nothing but the best!
I know I need a new username. But I also fully support AJ. I got to know AJ before he got to U of I and was super excited that he picked Illinois. I know the type of kid and worker he is. I hope the change of staff benefits AJ on the court, I don't think AJ has had the opportunities he needs to show his abilities. Ready to see him on the court this year. Is it basketball season yet?? I also love to watch AJ even when he is on the bench. He is the first person up when someone makes a big play. Kid is a great teammate too
I don't think Egwu started with Meyers. If you're going by ESPN's boxscore that's not correct. Their list of starters is Griffey, Shaw, Henry, Egwu, and Leonard. That was Loyalty's tall lineup.
Sports Reference:
Starting lineup 11-11-2011--Egwu's 1st game of first year.
Paul
DJ
Tracy
Griffey
Egwu.
Weber's last year.:thumb:
So Rob are those real fish I saw toy holding on twitter or did you buy them and hold them up for Aaron to see after basketball workouts trying to make him jealous?
He really needs to concentrate on this new system and his mind is at the ole fishin hole, your bad!!!

This was one the main page, but I didn't see where it was posted in the discussion. I just want to know who the third guy to go was? Maybe Greg E.? Whoever it was has some bounce in him.
Lol..yes they are real
Aaron has had that opportunity the last 2 years. He just, unfortunately, hasn't taken advantage of it. Like most, I'm a fan of AJ the person/teammate/lead cheerleader -- just not the P5 bball player. Could be a really nice player at a mid-major.
Confirmation, they are real!![/[/[ATTA
Considering he's only two years into his college career and now has a new coach and new system that he's playing under, I'll bet the light clicks on for him before he's done. I'd bet on him proving you wrong before it's all said and done. The list of players who turned it on as upperclassmen is long. Just in more recent history...Warren Carter, Egwu, Luther Head, Mav Morgan...the list goes on.My opinions are based on what I've seen on the court. They may change based on what happens in the future. This is a fan forum...we express opinions here. Mine is that AJ is a good kid who hasn't taken advantage of the opportunities he's had on the court.
I believe his problems are more mental than physical... Again, my opinion.
There's an idiot in every bunch. An idiot states an opinion without fact or worse try's to make everyone think what he says is fact. But, like everyone on here idiots are entitled to an opinion. Funny thing is...probably didn't even play basketball at any level. :noidea:

It's obvious that Rob Jordan's loyalty account has been temporarily hacked. Surely Mrs. Jordan won't hold that against her husband in the future when he finally decides to post again to this board. :thumb:
On an unrelated topic, hello Mrs. Jordan! We are thrilled to have your son in the O & B. Looking forward to his performance under our new staff.
