I thought he was listed between 6'4" and 6'5". That must have been his WWE height.

Interesting take. Effectively 3 PG size players in line up. I can see going taller...i.e. Jones, Griffin or Jordan somewhere in there.My starters in game one are;
Feliz
Frazier
Dosunmu
Nichols
Eboigbodin
First 3 guys off the bench are Williams, Jordan, and Kane. Personally I think that is pretty much written in stone at this point (injuries change that) and anything after that is still TBD. Yes, I expect significant minutes from the likes of Jones and Griffin, it is just most likely those minutes materialize as the season progresses.
Not sure what to expect defensively from AF. Has to be at least as good as TJL to start and I'm not expecting that. If not AJ has the length, rebounding, and shooting to be the initial starter. Expect BU to be more focused on playing combinations than who starts. He has some time to experiment before the season but not an easy early season.

:thumb:Ayo makes the next cut (from 33 to 18) of USA Men's Basketball U18 team. THIS IS HUGE!! He will continue 2 a day practices. Final cut to 12 will be around June 7th. No THT.
CONGRATULATIONS AYO, just big time.

Defense and rebounding will be very important to BU. Ball handling, offense awareness, shooting will be next in importance. I see AJ leading Feliz in most except ball handling. Think you see AJ over Feliz. All else like good.

Ayo Dosunmu made the cut this morning for the 18 finalists for the U18 National team. He needs to survive another 6-player cut this week for a chance to be coached by Bill Self.

How does this impact Ayo showing up to campus this summer? if he makes the team does he get delayed checking in at CU?More of a recruiting follow-up, but it is interesting that only 4 of the selected players are ranked lower than Ayo, although all of the them are in 2019 class. The vast majority of the selected players are 2019 recruits. This is a very top heavy selection by Self and the committee, hopefully they give some more weight to the few in the 2018 class (i.e., Ayo, Grimes, etc.).

Regarding ND. Do they lose Colson and Farrell to graduation?
?
6'2 AND A HALF" Lets not sell him short
If Georgi can play as much as Ebo did last year, it will be a bonus. I do not look for much from him this yr. His value should be down the road (Jr. Sr.). The Illini will have Ebo, Kipper and Tevian to play the 4. Kipper is strong enough, just not tall enough. Tevian is not strong enough to play there a lot. The versatility of this group should be fun to watch. I like Andres Feliz as PG, Trent as 2G, Ayo at 3, Kipper at 4 and Ebo at C. That gives the Illini a lot of scoring potential.
