Was that the entire interview? Interesting topic. The interviewer was ticking me off the 1st half of that clip because he was interjecting new questions before BU was finished talking.
And just to clarify your statement Re: Tyler. Tyler was assaulted while still a student at OSU after Brad took the Illinois job.

I had the same reaction. Couldn't even finish the interview. Why ask a question if you're going to cut him off before he can fully answer the question that YOU asked?
Yeah, that pissed me off too.
This interviewer is asking some pretty heavy-duty questions; one right after another. Then, he’s not even letting the man process before rudely interrupting time and again…and just zinging him with the next question.
It was like that well over half the interview. Brad handled that better than most…I would guess.
Certainly, I would have said, "Hey, you asked the question and I'm not finished answering it yet!" I thought they were great questions that stayed on topic, no idea why he didn't allow BU to complete his responses?!?!?!? That is obviously an interview (one of many) where the interviewer (or publisher)? is trying to get info that corresponds with the Leadership series he's trying to write/publish/sell. It just seemed really odd that said interviewer wasn't interested in the complete response.
