Hardy over LBs until the 10th assistant is approved? A corner coach and safety coach does make sense for the scheme to me, especially with our consistently high use of a nickel back.Wow, nice find. Not sure how you stumbled on that, impressive!
Certainly not the texas ties some of us had discussed the staff likely wanting to pursue, but I will happily accept a foot in the door at IMG.
The question becomes, though, what happens to Paul Williams? Abraham would certainly coach CBs, Williams' experience is in Florida (coached at Miami) meaning a recruiting area overlap, so would this mean Williams is heading out as well? Seems odd to have two CB coaches with heavy recruiting ties in Florida. You could of course put Williams with the safeties and Abraham with corners and just send someone else to Texas, etc.
It's likely I'm reading into this too much, but just a thought.
Interesting, Donnie's house is on the market!
Apologies, I didn't do my due diligence, it is his next door neighbors house..
Why/how do you know this?
Do you really want to know?

If he's at IMG then we know he's a great recruiter. This would really open the door for a possible pipeline there.
Assume we will know tomorrow or tuesday the identity of the new defensive coach. Personally hoping for the IMG guy. Seems like he has potential to be a great recruiter
It appears that you may get your wish.
I'm just interested to see what role/position group each coach runs after the hire, regardless who it is, as well as 'crootin areas.

If I had to guess I'd say Abraham and Williams split corners and safeties and hardy takes linebackers.
If it's Abraham, I wonder if they will do a Williams coaches safeties, Abraham corners type deal.
