Illini Football 2016

As long as Wes Lunt is the starting QB, we are going to struggle. I wish that wasn't the case and I hope Wes has improved but, in my opinion, his lack of mobility, toughness, and inability to make proper reads have lead to our Offensive challenges the past two years. I am excited about the coaching changes but our new OC will have to be pretty special to bring out the best in Wes Lunt.

he wasn't so bad when he had dudek to throw to. Last year Allison struggled against other teams #1 db making it hard for Wes. But sadly he doesn't take pressure well at all.

McGee worked with Mallett. Lunt is like Mallett in big, big arm, and no mobility. Look at the numbers Mallett put up under McGee. McGee will get the most out of Lunt. Lunt can only get even better cause of McGee, and he has Dudek/Hardee back.

Got my season tickets for the first time in years. Section 102, Row 20 Seats 10-13. Who's near me?

I didn't watch any Louisville games and I don't really remember much from the Mallet Arkansas days. So what kind of offense should we expect from McGee? Would his offense be better with a dual-threat? Is it high tempo? Running, passing, or balanced?

Lovie has expressed interest in a balanced attack on offense

I would love to see a comparison between season tickets/I Fund donations from last year compared to this year.

It would be interesting to see how revenues have changed. It would great to see if we have covered some of our recent expenditures with new money.

Appreciate this post. My phone has been pretty idle with email notifications lately (Pretty clean account anyway), but I found the auto sync feature had gotten turned off. I had several time sensitive emails that I was unaware of let alone the free T shirt deadline.

PS: Scored several of the Lovie shirts at Gameday Spirit last weekend. Not only Buy one, Get one Free, but they even threw in a pair of Illini socks (I think they were about $9 retail) for every $20 spent.

MCGee uses his HBACK TE lot...a lot of quick passes and single back sets......he also stems and Changes formations alot but will run the same play in a different formation

I just wonder if Aaron Bailey is regretting his decision. How would he have done in McGee's offense?

The specific dollar amount for the purchase of your tickets does not count towards your donation or level.

You get priority points for consecutive years of season tickets purchased (1000 points per year) and 1 point for every dollar donated... so if you now have tickets and gave $100, you would have 1100 points in the Captains Club donor level.

Parking is then allocated based on points within your level. Someone who has 12,000 points but is in Champions club and give $500 annually would get their parking before someone who give $100 annually but has 25,000 points

You will get an email basically saying based off the dollar amount you give, here are the lots you can choose, and you list your preferences in order and then they allocate from top to bottom using the points within the donor levels.

So what is the likely contribution needed to get the grassy lot across from the stadium?

I am not sure. I have been in lot 42 at 4th and Kirby for over 10 years. So I am not sure. I believe it tends to be bigger money but it is a pretty big space maybe people who park there can clue us in as to their level etc.
