SBNation sent out a survey in which I was polled and was included because the wanted to have votes from those who have no idea what they’re talking about. Anyway, the questions were about the NCAA football championship, including which school would win their conference championship.
Only the top teams were included. For the Big Ten, in alphabetical order, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio State, and Purdue.
Wait. What? Illinois? Guess who’s getting respect.
Anyway, because someone had to do it, I selected the first one listed.

Getting more players into the draft only amplifies this message. With the way the D has been playing I can only hope and guess that this helps their chances of getting drafted. I’m hoping TDV gets picked up somewhere and for CB I think it’s only a question of which round - or how high in the first round. Anyone have any idea how many players will get drafted this year?
Pruman91, my wife had family down there in Paducah until they passed away. The few times I visited with her we would get BBQ from Starnes. I wasn't a big fan of the sauce, but the smoked mutton was delicious! Have you been there before?

Interesting. Haven’t followed football nearly as closely as B-ball so I hadn’t noticed how times had changed. You are correct - only 3 RBs in the first round over the last three drafts (out of 96 total draft picks), and none last year.

Numerous times and to be honest , I think Starnes is overrated.........................A former female companion of mine wanted to eat there a lot and I always
got the BBQ'd Ham sandwich instead of the pulled pork........
My favorite place to eat here in Paducah was the Dragon House chinese restuarant before it burnt to the ground many years ago.......I don't eat out much anymore especially since Covid appeared on the scene......
