Family situation and distance from Champaign likely mean I won't make it to a single game this year let alone seven, but damn did I start looking at season ticket plans after watching that clip.

Incredibly ironic post in a football thread. Very few if any sports ask their participants to be healthy. They want bodies that excel in the narrow dimension of human physiology the sport measures and damn the long term consequences. Football is one of the worst i.n this regard.
Just because organized sports can be a mental, physical and emotional meat grinder doesn't mean I shouldn't care about the health of all involved and want them to make wise choices.

Yeah, knock on wood and all ... but I am super excited at the idea of having TRUE stability and knowing "who we are" year in and year out. (Almost) Every program has ups and downs year by year, but the severe hills and valleys we've had have been truly emotionally taxing, lol.

Did Calvin Hart drop in the depth chart? I remember two years ago he looked like one of our best defensive players and then got hurt. Didn't hear his name called as much last year but I thought because of so many defensive studs on the field.
