Memorial Stadium is 100 years old...and looks like a 100 year old stadium, and it looks like one. It's a 1920's design. My high school was built in 1920 and though it doesn't have the 1.2 million bricks, it's the red brick building you might expect. And incidentally, I've had a lot of people say the like the design, even more than Beaver Stadium (PSU), and that's from PSU fans.Illinois to Celebrate Memorial Stadium 100th Anniversary in 2024

Even if we sell out every game we will be in the bottom 1/3. And maybe that’s not a big deal. It is kind of amazing to see what the big 3 do. And Nebraska without have a decent team in years.Someone put together a graph of B1G attendance and, since we've had discussions on here recently about attendance, thought it was worth sharing:
Interesting that Indiana was above us for an extended period. I wouldn’t have expected that even though we haven’t been good.Someone put together a graph of B1G attendance and, since we've had discussions on here recently about attendance, thought it was worth sharing:

I'm shocked at how few fans show up for UCLA games at the Rose Bowl.Someone put together a graph of B1G attendance and, since we've had discussions on here recently about attendance, thought it was worth sharing:
According to Google maps, it's a 26 mile drive from campus to the Rose Bowl. I have no idea if that matters in southern California.I'm shocked at how few fans show up for UCLA games at the Rose Bowl.
That matters. It also isn't necessarily the miles, it's what's required to cover those miles. According to Google Maps, it would take nearly an hour to get from Westwood to the Rose Bowl right now. Longer if taking the 405 (I hope to never ever be on the 405 again).According to Google maps, it's a 26 mile drive from campus to the Rose Bowl. I have no idea if that matters in southern California.

yea, I forgot about himWelcome to 2024 college football when you're surprised someone doesn't transfer, but I just now realized Josh McCray is still here. Had kinda written him off as looking for a fresh start.
I think he's a Coach B fave. Kinda like the Zooker and Admiral Halsey.Welcome to 2024 college football when you're surprised someone doesn't transfer, but I just now realized Josh McCray is still here. Had kinda written him off as looking for a fresh start.
