Nah, if a brand is gonna give him money for wearing something to a jersey retirement, I say get that $$$. You never know when it's all going to end. Easy to say with a $100 million contract.

GMAB-Don't have blinders on. His game needs improvement. Holds on to the ball too long much like Ayo did last year instead of passing sooner. Needs to get in shape, have better choice on his shots, & most importantly needs to stop complaining to the refs so much, ie. shut up & play the game.

In my view mispronouncing a star opposing player's name (especially one whom you sent your low-value, bench-dwelling, freshman goon to assault) is a hallmark of douchebaggery.

Frankly, I prefer the status quo to the days when Tommy and Bruce put their arms around each other before the games and laughed it up, and then we lost. I want Kofi on Sissoko this year, that is for the paltry minute or so when Sissoko actually sees the floor.

[EDIT: And I want one of the Illini managers to leave a neck brace on the empty MSU bench. Kinda like the horse head in the bed in The Godfather. Do I seem as though I have unresolved anger issues? /s ]

I agree on I’d rather be feuding with msu than penn state like we were with Bruce, lol. That said, I don’t ever want cheap shots. It’s basketball.

After the Izzo comments on the Weber firing I, like many other fans I think, started to dislike MSU. Steadily progressing and then of course last year's brutal attack on Ayo made my dislike permanent. Draymond now adds to it.

I'd love to see our team come out of the locker room with Batman masks in solidarity with Ayo and remind those guys just what asses they are.

So I’ve been wondering what Trent’s nba prospects are. Obviously biggest concern is he’s undersized, but smaller guards like Terry Rozier and Fred VanVleet have made it. Although those guys are all ~190 lbs vs Trents 175.

No way I think he gets drafted but with his pesky defense and heaters I think he could earn a spot on a roster eventually. Thoughts?

Ayo convinces the Bulls to sign Trent after the draft. After coming up from the Windy City team, Trent joins the NBA and turns heads by hitting his first eight NBA threes.

Trent and Ayo later take the court together as Bulls starters. So many Fighting Illini roundball fans begin to fill the United Center that Bulls management changes the Bulls primary colors from red and black to orange and blue. And a Florida palm tree and orange are added to the angry Bull logo.
