Not trying to be argumentative because, first, you have a point. And second, your post made me re-think my post. I hadn’t thought about minutes played. But I guess the question is, what criteria make a player be considered to be in the rotation? I still believe Davis to be a rotational player mainly because he is put in the games for a reason (to BU) and not just at the end of the game garbage time. And I think BU considers him part of the rotation. At least in his interviews, it sounds to me that that is what he is saying. Also, I was listening to the Werner/LaTulip post-Oregon game podcast, and LaTulip referred to him as a rotation player (around the 20-minutes left mark). He said Davis is a good player and that last year at Mercer, he was the last starter to be subbed out, which means the Mercer coach trusted him, etc. And Davis has only turned the ball over one time in, according to LaTulip, 80 minutes of playing time. But I think you make a good point. Should the number of minutes count, and how many, or are there other criteria that should be used? Thanks
