Statement win if there ever was a statement win. So proud of the team. They seem to be on the way to a really special season. Put the obstacles behind you and make a run.
Surprise #1 - With all the state's history of kids who can put it in the bottom of the net from anywhere...this bunch of Hoosiers can't do that.
Surprise #2 - This bunch of Hoosiers play hard...and tough defense...but see # 1 for the missing part.
Surprise #3 - Trent Frazier has raised his energy expenditure every game. How is that even possible?
Same old same old - Why is this officiating crew allowed to work together? Or to show their lack of knowledge and competent work for that matter.?
Finally, let me say that this team is a tad better when RJ gets 10+ min. and it was good to see those 3 pointers get in the net more often.

I don't think TJD is bad. But if you're gonna talk a big game like that, you're open to being picked on for your performance.

Seemed like the refs made some halftime adjustments as well. Much better in the 2nd half. The first was just a confusing mess, missing players getting hammered then calling something really ticky tac.
Defense wore down. They wore down in the Purdy game too
Not sure if it's been said yet, but if Trent Frazier does not receive all B10 recognition at the end of the year there is something seriously wrong with the voters because he has been one of the most valuable players - all while playing point almost exclusively - in all of college bball not only the B10.
It is the only decent move when the other team is no longer extending the game with fouls, and backing off on ball pressure D. A dunk or 3 at that point would just be white board material when the teams meet again
I agree with 1 and 2. Woodson is impressing me. If he can recruit a balanced "team", IU will become a problem.
Was kind of surprised what the final score ended up being in today's game, considering how IU led for a good chunk of the first half and into the 2nd half.

These young men are just so impressive. You want to show someone what toughness on a basketball court looks like, have them watch this team defend in the 2nd half of games.
