These refs were the Angel Hernandez, Joe West and Laz Diaz of college basketball. As the announcers said early in the game, it was HEAVILY officiated.
That's Curbello though. He plays about 15% faster than his feet or brain are capable of operating at. He's brilliant, he's frightening, he's raw, he's out of control and he just made another amazing layup/assist/turnover. You know Curbello is not? He's not boring. He's going to be great as he matures.

I’m still cursing at the refs. That was unbelievable. What a way for the team to stick together and show mental toughness when it was 8 against 5.
Tough game for Ayo, had a lot of bounces not go his way and there was a lot of contact on his drives that was not called. Kofi got hit a lot too and no foul. Im exhausted!

I love the kid. He's going to be special. He IS special at times, including some tonight.
He's a human highlight but also sometimes a human lowlight. He had plenty of both kinds of plays tonight.
I'm sure he'll grade out as a net positive tonight but I don't think enough to say he won this game.

Oh, and Kofi has had better hands recently. This was a pretty nice one handed grab and quick to the rim like it had to be in the situation.

Without bello Trent has to run the offense and no one else is a shooting threat. With Ayo out Dre was critical.
There is some SERIOUS coaching behind Kofi's new moves under the rim. Kofi is getting explosive. Someone said that the move was filthy. Loved that. How do you guard that?!?!?

Agree completely, with an honorable mention for Kofi, who also played some fantastic defense (at least in the second half, which is all I was able to watch).
I love Curbelo but him trying to split 2 defenders is a bad habit he has to get under control.
