Tre White got 11 minutes. Ty didn't want that role. If he developed a jump shot, he could have earned a couple more minutes for being Brad's guy. If his jump shot was unimproved, I wouldn't want him playing even that many.
It's not the role he wanted.
I didn’t lose my anxiousness until about 2 minutes left.
What strikes me about this team is that we are not very flashy or athletic and don't look like they are dunking on or dominating anyone. They are just very good at playing basketball.
Concerned about how we will fare against big, physical, skilled wings. such as ace baily lets say. theiro can't even shoot. only layups and we had so much issues with him. booth should've guarded him. humrichous isn't the answer. just gave up at times, didn't even try.
offensively we're good when our guards aren't turning it over.
i like morez on defense just as much as i like tomislav on offense. but the problem is tomi's lack of defense sometimes just gives up for what he produces on offense. i think morez should get tick when closing out games (when all you need is stops, just like today).
overall, today's problem was stopping the simple dribble drive without fouling. gotta get it fixed and have a long way to go in that department. better to learn with a win tho than a L.

The Adam Fletcher Experience
Was a really solid win. I love when both teams play well and the team still wins by 10+. Having 7 players hit a 3 really makes defenses have to scramble.
Getting fouled going to the basket is a solid way to avoid scoring droughts.

Boswell with a very strong game , taking what the defense gave him..........terrific presence on the court............

Against good teams, you’ll need to go deeper on your bench. Davis struggles on defense but can shoot it. White plays decent enough to help at both ends. Who knows how many more fouls the starters would have had today had they not been subbed out.
Yes. Really shocking the difference between the brothers. Fletch really is amazing
Who should've guarded him is debatable. It's a weakness of this team... we don't really have that "lockdown" defender on the wing (like Terrence). Humrichous didn't look the part guarding him IMO.
That said, I think our rim-protection is certainly up to par when our bigs anticipate correctly and aren't out of position (especially Morez). looking for continued growth in that department.
I had the pleasure to attend the game. Here are my unsolicited meritless thoughts:
1. We have the stronger/better Ivisic.
2. Tomislav has a great outside shot. The Arkansas twin's shot is pure... if he had the Fletch experience, Arkansas wouldn't have been DOA.
3. KJ is the real deal, but I would appreciate less pickpockets at the top of the key with subsequent looks to the official for a bailout.
4. I hope Jakstys sticks around -- he has obviously had the Fletch experience. He is Jakstacked.
5. Boswell was locked in. If he stays focused, we are going to have another amazing season.
6. Our defense looked legit. I'll put money on it when it shows up consistently in B1G play.

disagree. too soft on the inside.
We sure shot it well. 48% as a team. Really the difference (they shot just under 30%)
I wondered how KJ and Boswell was going to work, but it has worked well. I wasn’t particularly impressed with Kylan until the Alabama game. He was able to compete physically when most of our guys got tossed around like rag dolls. He really played well today, as well.
