Illinois 97, Michigan 68 Postgame

I am getting a little concerned with Amani's back, as spasms usually don't last this long. Is this an issue that started in high school or is it something that just flared up more recently? Back issues can really be problematic.

It was funny but to many fuddy duddies to get it going more than a few sections.

I found it amusing at first but after a couple tries I remembered I really just wanted to watch the game more even if it was a blowout.

At least in the first game Michigan played hard for 30 minutes. Last night they couldn't muster 15. TJ hit a few 3's and it was over... It's not an untalented team... Just really, really soft.
Imagine being Nkamhoua and playing 25+ minutes a game at Tennessee and being a fairly well regarded transfer and choosing this for your final college season.

I was at that game, and no, it isnā€™t even close. That was a brutal ending.
Repeating a story I've told before, I broke my right hand trying to demolish the doorway I was standing in while watching the game.
For several years after, I would wake up in the middle of the night screaming NO after seeing Lou waving the signal for the four corners!

Absolutely not. Let me play his game, then be out of sight and out of mind to the public. It's being handled perfectly. The narrative has pretty much died down. Leave it there.
Besides that, you do not want to put TSJ in a position to answer a reporter question about the incident in anyway that could be used against him in court.

Anthony Walker also comes to mind. It was a truly mind-boggling decision to transfer to IU... He was getting about 11 minutes a game on a Miami squad that went to the final 4 and is now getting 15 minutes on a bad Indiana team with a jam-packed front court that has no hope for the tourney.

Both guys will definitely tell you the checks still clear.

But this is where the sport really needs NIL to become stickier in terms of attaching players to schools. The RayJ's and Domask's of the world taking their chance to step up from the mid-major level is one thing, but this churn of Power 5 journeymen just saps the narrative enjoyment of watching players and a program develop.
