Loved the game plan to handle the press.. When they made a shot we moved like snails, when they missed we torched them. Ty is really looking confident with the ball in his hands. Takes a special player to be content with doing what he does but he loves it. By the time he’s a senior the B10 is gonna be so ready for him to graduate.

Enjoy watching those Mo tears flow for the next year. The taste of Victory is sweet indeed. Nudge your friends when the Illini win in The Dance while their tiggers are One and Dones.

So glad my apprehension about the game was wrong. Nice to have a wire to wire bragging rites win and even nicer to see the team continue to improve every game.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, highest ceiling since the finals team. Might be an even better defense team than that one when everything is said and done. Very exciting season ahead.

The fact that this team has players that will fight through a screen OR switch has got to be very frustrating for an opposing offense. When you have 5 experienced athletic players on the court that are all between 6'6"-6'10", the team has to take advantage of it. THAT was the Flying Illini.

There was also one rebound I recall that he just ripped away with authority! How man shooters with his ability also focus on the glass so well? Not many that come to mind.
