Agreed. I don't think he's shown anything that makes him an OC worth considering. He hit the jackpot professionally, climbing a few places recently and was a big hire for LSU, but it just has not worked out. I'll pass, thanks.

For the other two I would guess quarterback coach and either a db coach since you have corners safeties and even nickels to coach or a lb coach to free up Nickerson. Man, if only Lovie knew someone that played both lb and safety at a high level that he could help with both!

Because of Tedford's illness in 2014, he was the play caller in 2014 for the Bucs. That didn't work out real well.

Good find. On the surface his job at Tennessee doesn't look that impressive. Analytics tells a different story though.
