If we could recruit another Juice (who's a little more consistent throwing the ball), I'd like to see us go back to Locksley's offense. It was fun leading the B1G in rushing.

I was referring to his moves on the field even his throwing motion , not his star ranking juice was ranked a lot higher. Just watching his tape took me back to the juice days.

Pass on Locksley's offense. We led the Big Ten in rushing because we had a stud at RB named Rashard Mendenhall. Locksley's offense depended on him. A well-prepared team (see: Iowa) needed only to work on beating the option in order to beat that offense. I love having a good rushing team, but the offense needs to be more than a one-trick pony.

It was also fun leading the B1G in passing in 2008. Of course it would have been a lot more fun if we had won more than 5 games...

This was used to recruit prospective SA's, had nothing to do with football training camp in the fall
To be clear "camp" in this context is a camp for high school players, not a camp as in a training camp for college teams themselves.
Schools run high school camps in order to scout potential players and just generally give high school kids a chance to get some pointers from a college coaching staff and check out a college campus.

This article says he's a WSU commit. Maybe I missed it, but is this still the case?
Never mind did more digging and it looks like he was on campus and is a grad transfer with 2 years remaining.
