Wonder if this can help move the needle for Thomas at all.

Hi read/react ability appears to be top notch. Exactly the kind of LB I think we need and seems like he would be exactly Nickerson's kind of player.

And he went to Detroit Cass Tech. Powerhouse program. One of the top three in the Midwest

New Joliet Catholic coach is an Illini. Hopefully it helps next time they have a power5 prospect:

Jaworski, who will be be 33 next month, played football and baseball at JCA, graduating in 2002. He attended Illinois, where he served as the football team manager until graduating in 2005.

I like this trend.

Kendrick Green has been bumped up to a four star recruit on scout.com. He had a great Senior season and will visit this weekend:

We need D-line guys so badly, and Foster is solid. REALLY hope we land him.

Please no on Caleb Jones . Not even sure he could play guard the way he moves and not crazy on having a 6'9" guard.

from what I watched this kid would make a perfect strong'front side tackle he is a big dude he wouldn't have to play for at least 2 years could be a monster by then

Joel Goodson

ties will be resolved
Also of note on that link is the new evaluation of Alex Palczewski. They now have him as a three star and second-best tackle in Illinois.

Road grader size. Given 15 months of S&C, training table and D1 coaching, he could be a monster.

247Sports Target List

Excellent resource to track our targets (look for the recruits marked "warm" or "warmer").

Our average player rating for the current roster is 82.30. You can see from the above list that the vast majority of the players we're recruiting have a higher rating.

Raising our average player rating by just 2-3 points would give us a talent level comparable to teams ranked in the 30s and 40s (teams like Wisconsin) and should make us much more competitive. I fully believe that Lovie can do that and more.

BillMo I think your right he is a monster a zombie at least when I watched his tape from junior year about 4-5 months ago. That said like the the commits and others that have mutual interest I will to go back and watch their senior tapes.
Now by zombie I am referring to his lack of quickness heavy legged movement.
Always surprises on those good an bad. So my tune might change but as of now, No.
I would take Palczewski before 365 days of the and plus one on leap year

Have you had a chance to look at the tapes for Dwayne Lawson and Del'shawn Phillips? Sorry if I missed it, but I'd love to read your thoughts on them. Thanks!
