His offer list is confusing. He has a 87.50 composite rating, so you would think he would have a lot of high D1 offers, but his biggest offers are from Illinois, BC and West Virginia, then he has a lot of MAC offers. It's just seems strange that he doesn't have more D1 offers from better schools.

We are getting interest from, on average, higher quality players than we have since 2008. We obviously have to land some of them, but I'm more optimistic about our prospects than I have been since August 2002.

Agree with everything, but I think Zook/Lock's early forays (Martez, Rejus, etc) were the high water mark of the recent times.
Agree - I was kind of "mixing metaphors" - 1) we are getting interest from better players than we have since Zook's heyday.
2) In terms of the general direction of the program and optimism about its future, I haven't felt this positive since right before we messed the bed in 2002. After 2001 I really thought RT was the guy who could turn us into a Wisconsin or Iowa in terms of consistent success. I never had that feeling with Zook, Becks or Lovie. I do have that feeling with BB.
