Oh wow, had no idea the crusher was gone! Been a long time since I was back on campus... I actually majored in Aerospace Engineering (well that and Chemical Engineering, though I haven't put the ChemE degree to much use). I think when I got there they moved the TAM majors out to make room for the cages on the second floor they kept us AAE majors in.
I posted earlier that I believe I was wrong about the crusher. One among us offered as a sidebar that he'll actually be on campus soon and will check it out in person. I hope that it's still there.

I came to a realization this morning. We have all been begging for that BIG TIME in state guy to take that step and go all in on Illini football. We always said the rest will follow if so. Well I say we already have our guy. Its coach Bielema! If he wasnt here to show his enthusiasm for the potential this program has we wouldn't have a Charlie Bullen. We wouldnt have coach Ryan. Hats off to coach B for being the FIRST to jump in! Thats all I got loyalty. Have a wonderful day! Now lets get Lightfoot💪💪💪
Elzy and Feagin were pretty big.

Werner with MOAR CB's for Pyfrom on 247. announcing his decision tommorrow
Prfrom would be huge for this program. He has a high ceiling, good offer list, and like someone said earlier, pulling a kid out of Nebraska and away from the Huskers is impressive (and rare)👏 !!

Having coaches be mentored under Bret and then go on to succeed elsewhere elevates our program.

Would we rather have talented coaches that get promotions elsewhere? Or lackluster coaches that no one else wants?
Totally agree with this - just same division is a problem. Now, as long as we kick their asses head-to-head on the field, I'm good.

Kudos to Walters and his staff, they have more 4-stars than any B1G team outside of the championship contenders (OSU, PSU, UM)
Lets see if they can win with them. I want Walters to be successful. But not right now at Purdue. Fall on his face and get out of the B10 to pick himself back up. Can't bring myself to root for Purdue in any way.

And the Boilers are now up to #19 nationally. Impressive!
When Walters was hired, I went on a Purdue board (think it was Rivals’ free one) to see the reaction — and stayed around for a month to observe. People overall were wait and see or generally positive about the hire, but there certainly was a smaller contingent that didn’t like the hire. One complaint that was shouted specifically by mainly one poster was he didn’t bring any players with him from Illinois. Not sure why he thought an assistant was going to bring players.

Wonder how they’re feeling now? Though not curious enough to go on that board. Made me appreciate what Dan has here and does. Thanks Dan.
