(1) Does this close the door on Brett Carroll? I’m leaning no, that they would take him if he wanted to commit. I’m can be persuaded because his offer sheet is good but similar to the other commits (I can’t believe this is reality)

(2) Is this the highest regarded offensive line commit group since ‘06? Each of these guys has a slew of other P5 offers (Werner has been vocal that Hansen would have several other offers if he was receptive).

I certainly hope not. These kids will be better than several OL already on the team.

BB has landed 3-4 OL in each class now 22-24. If going by ratings only than they all compare to one another. Not downplaying that at all, real excited for pancakes!

1. They’d take Carroll if he wanted to come …

2. Hanson would have several legit P5 schools offer … But he’s not interested … He got a ton of calls to come on camps and visits … This OL group is gonna be pretty legit … Might be highest since 06 … Idk if Tuerk will play OL or DL though … Might affect ranking …

Definitely leaning this way. I could just see a scenario where the offensive line room next year is crazy young (only 1 returning starter is a possibility), so the staff wants 3 prep recruits and 2 transfers to provide more balance.

I’d much rather have Carroll. Unlike the other recruits, he seems to have a much higher floor.
