Makes no sense to me either. We need to win our non-conference games and getting to a bowl every year until we can win 7, 8, or 9 games every year.

This is where our coaches are gonna earn those dollars. Convince a kid like this that the way to a big NIL deal is immediate playing time. We have that to offer. Newton and Randolph created a good NIL deal with their play.
I would think these kids are looking at what program can get them to the nfl- we are getting 3star athlete, coaching them up and making them top 10 picks- that has to have a huge impact on their decision.

sure. we play multiple TEs a game and Arkin hasn't had a ton of production yet. Wouldn't hurt to have another capable TE to help replace Tip. He was on the field all the time.
