Arkin and Boyer are Y tight ends
I understand, though I didn't notice Arkin playing enough to remember if he lined up at Y or in the slot. Based on his size I would have thought slot. Regardless of where the Ball State kid would be lining up, we don't have much returning production at TE. If we get another talented Y, great. But if this kid is the best option we can land, I'm sure Lunney could figure out a way to use more move TE and less Y based on personnel.

Will Guinn or Owen Anderson see the field next season and start contributing at TE?

I could be wrong here but I've viewed the staff's perspective is the top TE needs to fill both buckets (blocking + catching) but the rest of the depth goes into one or the other. I do think Boyer has some potential of being both (I'm higher on his catching potential than others). The Ball State TE seems strongly the pass catching (Moore) type of fit.

it’s not “fun”

BB and I share our heritage and body shape . BB looks exactly like most of my cousins .

I started a new regimen exactly two weeks ago

drink - coffee black or water only . no alcohol nor anything with sugar or fake sugar

food - no sweets , no bread , minimal carbs . pretty much all protein or vegetables

weight comes off . the trick is maintaining that regimen long term

i’m trying to drop 50. trying hard .

The darkest boldest black coffee has been my best friend as someone trying to shake a few lbs.

But I've changed a lot after looking more in to zero sugar drinks with aspartame. It's harmless in moderation(naturally occurs in nature, and everything is dangerous in excess obviously). As a avid soda drinker for most of my adult life, it's been great.

i've been on the same diet since july 1 and have dropped 5 pounds a month. Chief has been no bread , no potatoes, no cereal, no dairy.Fill up on fruits and veggiers raw and cooked. lots of eggs and meat. small portions of rice and pasta.
It works! and gets easier...

All it takes, stick with it.

After a couple months, it’ll be easy.

I would like to comment that aspartame breaks down to formaldehyde in the liver. Thats what we embalm the dead with. Also there has been research correlating aspartame to alzheimers and lastly it dries up natural lubrication of the joints. When I stopped ingesting it, all my body - joint pain stopped. If you look, almost every brand of chewing gum has it in it. I agree with everything else you stated.

I used to drink a long long time ago diet sodas with aspartame in it and suffered dizzy spells and migraines....my doctor way back then told me to stop ingesting it and all my ill's went away...........nasty stuff.............

You might consider adding intermittent fasting, aka time restricted eating. IIRC, your body can’t store glucose much longer than 8 hours, so this forces it to relearn how to metabolize fat. Never run out of fuel once you’re fat-adapted! We eat most of our food in an 8 hour window, roughly 11 am to 7 pm. It wipes out carb cravings and is easily sustained once you're adapted. After a while we don’t even think about (or enjoy) eating until late morning. We’ve been doing it for ten years now so I don't recall the transition.

My wife and I are avid cyclists. On days of vigorous physical activity, especially endurance events, we’ll eat an early breakfast as well as lots of carbs during the day. However sometimes I do short morning rides in a fasted state as it’s likely to burn more fat. Like most dietary rules, we’re flexible. Moderation in all things and enjoy your life. Good luck all y’all!
