He’s had injuries but makes sense to add. Hes also an instate kid and his dad played here. At 6’4 313lbs we would be a lot bigger at center

Agree on all accounts. Nothing against Kreutz, but I think he’d be an upgrade.

Early indications are that the staff is leaning toward starting a walk-on from the local Champaign-Urbana area.

I may have just turned 70 this year, but I gotta tell you, when I used to play football in the streets in Illinois, I could throw a spiral up to 20 yards, and with the wind, 22 yards. Do I have to move back to Champaign now? (lived there 30 years...) I'd play backup with the right NIL package.

At age 70, I think you have the maturity that Lunney's looking for at the QB position.

I was wondering when the first one would leave Mi. Look for more to leave. Maybe Mi could call Lovie to be the coach and when that would happen Tha Kid would talk about all the 4 and 5 stars headed to Ann Arbor. Remember those days.
