It may just be me, but Badocchi reminds me of Tayshaun Prince. Long, lanky lefties with some smooth flow to their game.

When is the last day of the late signing period? We'd have to know where Tilmon is going by then right? What if he didn't sign during late period then what?

Nope. He can't sign another LOI, can only sign financial aid agreement and I don't think there is a date. Signing period does not apply.

He could just enroll at the school of his choice, but it is likely he will announce it before.
