If we have to take this kid in order to get Ayo, I am in. He is not a bad player, and could easily develop. Plus the Irvins would be feeling the love, and hopefully send some more guys our way.

I agree- but either way an Illinois offer helps legitimize him so there is a benefit regardless

Not too late at all, at this point it is just a matter of priority. There are plenty of others we would take ahead of him. Players such as DJS, Finke, Ayo, THT, Ignas, just too name a few.

I had heard Martin and SC were showing interest and that he wanted to get a visit there soon.

Hellems in foul trouble, Shareef O'Neal raining 3's in front of his pop, Shaq, but BBE still leads Cal Supreme by 1 with 6 minutes to go in the first half.
Been checking in on Meanstreets - Team CP3 -- Finke didn't start. Did see him get a finger roll layup. Tied 28 all just before the half.

Good game although hard to root for one side or the other. Not area teams and I highly doubt we're seriously in the running for either of these guys, but back and forth and a bit of bad feeling the last few minutes.

Jeebus, Hellems and Liddell were sitting so I turned it to watch MS and miss this. Did see Finke get another layup in the lane.

I have often heard when shooters are in a funk, lay ups and free throws gave a way of healing their shooting woes.

Seriously, the brain works in mysterious ways sometimes, sort of a reminder of " you can score!"
